Partial Restoration 2016
289 V8 and A/C

STK 2901 1967 Ford Mustang

This 1967 Mustang is a one-owner coupe that received a partial restoration in 2016. It is still very much like the day it was delivered. The exterior was carefully refinished in the original color- - Bright Green Gold Poly (Code 48). Chrome is very good condition and 14” steel wheels w/stylish factory Mustang wheel covers mount Hankook whitewall radials. The black vinyl interior is mostly original with new carpeting. The uncommon 'bench' seat, door cards and headliner are all carefully preserved and present well. It is said that the factory 'padded' steering wheel was Ford's precursor to the airbag system. The coupe is equipped with rare factory air-conditioning, tinted windows and the original AM radio. Our Mustang was a “C” code (289ci/2V/) from the factory. We are not absolutely sure that this is the original engine, but it is likely to be so. The Windsor is said to have never been rebuilt. Power is delivered to a stock differential (believed to be 2.80:1) by a 3-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. The chassis is fitted with power steering and 4-wheel manual drum brakes. Call post-haste - this is a original Mustang that will sell quickly. ALL VEHICLES SOLD “AS IS”.
