STK 2951 1976 MG B

This 1976 MGB roadster received a full rotisserie restoration, completed in 2020. The owner has supplied a comprehensive notebook of receipts and restoration documentation. The body was stripped and fully prepped. New floorpans were installed and the undercarriage was rustproofed. Moss Motors supplied front/rear 'Sebring-Style' fiberglass valances and a professional coat of Dehlia Blue Metallic (GMC special color) was carefully applied. New chrome trim items were installed and Panasport Racing alloy spoke wheels are a perfect accent. The restoration included new interior components - seats, dash, carpeting, trim and door cards are all in very 'good nick'. A new manual convertible top has also been installed. The 1.8L OHV 4-cylinderz, said to be the factory engine, was completely rebuilt by T. Hoff Inc. and upgraded with a Weber down-draft 2 barrel carburetor. All ignition components are new including an electronic distributor and new starter. The entire cooling system has been upgraded and the exhaust system is new. This 1.8 runs nicely and has more than enough to move this roadster smoothly down the road. A 4-speed manual transmission w/o overdrive shifts smoothly through all four synchronized gears. The clutch and pressure plate are new as are driveshaft universal joints. Manual disc/drum brakes with all new components provide stopping power. New front/rear springs have been installed and the rear suspension has been lowered with a kit from Moss Motors. This sharp MGB has been carefully restored - all it needs is a new driver. Why not you? ALL VEHICLES SOLD “AS IS”.
