STK 2963 1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster Streetrod
This stunning 1948 Chevy Street Rod was professionally restored (2010) to be driven and enjoyed. The total restoration included a broad range of mechanical enhancements. A beautiful professional 2-stage spray of Petty Blue compliments the Chevy's classic lines and an iconic '47 Chevy chrome grill was installed during the restoration process. BFGoodrich G-Force radials are mounted on period-correct American Racing alloys. The smart grey cloth/vinyl interior is well designed and the updated dash incorporates a full compliment of AutoMeter analogue gauges. Cold A/C, tilt Camaro-style wheel and Pioneer AM/FM/CD sound system w/Bluetooth complete the interior. A detailed engine compartment houses the professionally rebuilt 400ci Chevy small-block that sounds sweet and is very streetable. It is fitted with an Edelbrock Performer intake/4-barrel carb and Chevy cast-iron exhaust manifolds that exit into a free-flowing dual exhaust. The hydraulic cam burbles with a mild lift/duration that mates well with a 3-speed TurboHydramatic and differential w/street gearing. An HD radiator w/electric fan handles cooling and all electrics have been upgraded to a 12V alternator configuration. Our preferred and most secure form of payment is a bank wire transfer. We do accept checks but note that any form of a check will have a minimum hold of two business days up to 4 business days until the funds have cleared. This includes cashier's checks, certified checks, or bank checks of any kind. We cannot accept any credit card as payment or partial payment for a vehicle under any circumstance. Credit card transactions are ONLY accepted for the $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for 7 days while awaiting full payment.
