Stk 2269 1999 Chevrolet Corvette
The C5 Corvette was a vast improvement over the C4 model and production numbers soared. This 1999 C5 fastback coupe is unlike any other that rolled off of the assembly line. The factory C5 Corvette was powered by a 5.7 Liter LS1 motor that produced 345 BHP @5600 RPM. This Corvette has received a substantial 'boost' in power – a Magnuson 'Magna Charger' supercharger package. Magnuson has been producing supercharger upgrades for over 30 years. This system features an Eaton TVS Roots-style supercharger, exhaust modifications, cam/headwork and Magnuson proprietary intercooler technology. This Corvette is incredibly responsive and yet very drivable. The owner has provided a complete package of information pertaining to this Magnuson system. Horsepower is delivered through a 4-speed automatic 4L60E transaxle. On the outside, Sebring Silver paint is in original condition except for the hood and front bumper cover. Due to the addition of the supercharger, a raised hood was required. The finish of the new hood and the front bumper-cover show minor imperfections that could use some attention and the tinted targa-top also has some light scuffing. A factory grey leather interior has been well maintained and all gauges are working. The C5 includes virtually all convenience features as standard equipment including: climate control A/C, power seats and locks, keyless entry, power tint windows and trunk lock, tilt wheel and cruise control. This model is also equipped with the AM/FM/CD stereo system. Tires are Michelin low-profile mounted on Corvette Z-06 alloy wheels. As with all C5s, this car is equipped with power steering and 4-wheel ABS power disc brakes. This Corvette is built for fun and should sell quickly. Our preferred and most secure form of payment is a bank wire transfer. We do accept checks but note that any form of a check will have a minimum hold of two business days up to 4 business days until the funds have cleared. This includes cashier's checks, certified checks, or bank checks of any kind. We cannot accept any credit card as payment or partial payment for a vehicle under any circumstance. Credit card transactions are ONLY accepted for the $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for 7 days while awaiting full payment.
