327ci - 700R 4 Speed Automatic $1,171/Month
STK 3950 1963 Chevrolet Impala
This handsome 1963 Impala coupe is an outstanding example of one of Chevrolet's best looking full-size models - striking from any angle. The coupe left the factory as a 'code 47' Impala without the Super Sport option package, but now has the SS look. The current owner conducted an extensive restoration of this beautiful hardtop in 2023. (There is documentation, receipts and photos of the restoration available.) The virtually perfect exterior was professionally refinished in Tuxedo Black and is outstanding. The restoration included Super Sport exterior logos and unique gray powered-coated panels housed in the triple-unit taillight assembly and side moldings. Along with a matching powder coated grill, the result is a menacing Chevy Impala, with class. As a final touch, US Mags (17”f/18r”) chrome wheels mount nearly new Toyo performance radials. The fully restored interior is an invitation to go back in time, right down to the bucket seats, center console, SS trim and crank vent windows. Leather upholstery is top-shelf and the period-correct loop carpet is a perfect match. The Impala is equipped with CVF/Vintage air conditioning and power windows w/tinted glass. A stunning dash houses a full set of custom analog gauges and the original Delco radio has been replaced with a raging aftermarket AM/FM/Bluetooth sound system.
The spotless engine compartment is home for a rebuilt 327ci small-block, one of Chevy's best. The owner believes that this is the original engine, but is not absolutely sure. The motor has had performance upgrades including Edelbrock Performer intake, FiTech throttle body fuel injection and mild performance cam. Cooling is managed by an aluminum radiator, electric fan and serpentine belt system. Exhaust is routed through polished 'rams horn' manifolds to a new free-flowing system. The small-block is backed by a rebuilt GM 700R4 automatic, 2,100-stall convertor and open differential w/street gearing. A spotless chassis is equipped with power steering and all suspension components have been upgraded. The rear suspension is multi-link with coil springs and a panhard bar. Stopping is handled by a 4-wheel power brake system w/vented rotors and dual master. This impressive Impala coupe must be seen to be appreciated. ALL VEHICLES SOLD “AS IS”.
