Description

1979 Triumph Bonneville Special T140
From The Dennis Carpenter Collection

1979 Triumph Bonneville Special 750CC T140

Ultra Rare Find-

Looking to own one of the rarest and hard to find motorcycles on the planet? Then we have just what you have been looking for!

You now have the chance to own a piece of Triumph Motorcycle history! This bike has 1 mile on the odometer and has never been cranked or run. In addition, it was still on the factory MSO until this year. The owner has received a clean NC title.

Factory Fresh-

This Triumph went from the factory to Arnold Motorcycle in Memphis, TN and this is where Jimmy Arnold decided to keep this bike for himself. At that point, it was put on display and kept at his dealership until which time it was sold to the Dennis Carpenter Collection in Concord, NC.

Unique History-

Manufactured by Triumph Motorcycles Meriden LTD, which was a consolidated effort by the workers to keep the name alive, following the collapse of Norton Villiers Triumph LTD.

Triumph Motorcycles Meriden LTD was the third manufacturer of Triumph Motorcycles. They stayed in business until 1983, producing only 2,000 units of the T140 model.

This motorcycle is extremely rare! It would be hard to find another one comparable as it is 1 of 2,000 ever produced. Additionally, it remains in completely untouched, factory-original condition—just as it was when it first left the assembly line.

So, if you collect the rare and hard-to-find, then this motorcycle is for you!

We can help you arrange shipping anywhere in the world for your new purchase.
