1939 Ford Streetrod

STK 2190 1939 Ford Streetrod

To build a premier street rod, you must follow three basic steps. You must first have a vision, then a plan and finally the patience to oversee every detail of the build. If you do it right, the result may produce something like this beautiful 1939 Ford Coupe. Look at the photos - the attention to detail on this car is unbelievable. From the stunning paint, to the inviting interior, to the powerful drivetrain, this '39 Ford Street Rod is an example of the process well executed. Every component is top-shelf. The all-steel body was fully restored and finished in Porsche Guards Red. Custom 17” Billet Specialty wheels sport G-Force '45 Series' radials. The beige leather interior, designed by Donald Honeycutt, features tan ostrich-skin accents. Power bucket seats are beautiful and comfortable. Creature comforts include: VDO Parchment gauges, power tinted windows, tilt wheel, power steering and an AM/FM/CD stereo. The A/C system has upgraded controls and ventilation. A custom remote control system operates power locks, power windows and even an electrical cut-off security system. Under the hood, a rebuilt (2012) 350 GM small block is mated to a 700R4 automatic. The menacing street rod rests on a powder-coated chassis and Fatman Mustang II front end with manual rack-pinion steering. The suspension is comprised of adjustable front coil-over springs and rear leaf springs. A Ford 8” differential contains good 'road' gearing. Stopping power comes from 4-wheel discs. This handsome street rod would make any of us proud to be the owner. Again, look at the photos. Call 800-650-1055, or visit www.autobarnclassiccars.com for additional information.
