STK 2775 1966 Chevrolet Corvette

The Corvette Stringray was introduced in 1963 and C2 production continued through 1967 model year. These classics are arguably the most collectible Corvettes of all time. This 3-owner 1966 Corvette roadster was fully restored in 2008 and is virtually showroom. There is a complete binder of restoration information, photos and receipts included with the Corvette. The exceptional body has excellent gaps and a beautiful two-stage respray of Butternut Yellow, a slightly deeper shade of yellow than the factory '66 Sunfire Yellow. There is a matching yellow hardtop and black soft-top included with the car. The fully restored black vinyl interior exhibits the utmost attention to detail. Under the hood, the roadster is powered by a matching numbers 327/300bhp small-block. It received a complete rebuild by John Lingenfelder Engineering in 1989 and sounds great through side-mount exhaust. With a single Holley four-barrel and hydraulic lifters, this is a very drivable Corvette. The Mouse is backed by a 2-speed PowerGlide transmission and 'street' differential gearing. The Stingray's factory suspension has been completely refurbished and a fiberglass rear spring has been installed. The chassis is fitted with power steering and 4-wheel power 11.75” disc brakes w/dual master. Eckler bolt-on 15” Knock-off style alloy wheels mount Gold-Line radial tires. Look at the photos again. If you have been thinking about investing in a classic C2 Corvette, come study this fully restored '66 roadster - you will not be disappointed. ALL VEHICLES SOLD “AS IS”
