New Crate 350 Motor

STK 2789 1981 Chevrolet Corvette

Chevrolet's Corvette C3 model will be forever linked with the 'Mako Shark II' design concept. That said, this exceptional Corvette coupe should be the 'Great White'. It was meticulously restored over a three-year period and is stunning. (A binder of restoration documentation and receipts is included with the car.) After thorough preparation, the fiberglass body was carefully re-sprayed Classic White. Gaps are straight and true, the painted T-tops fit very nicely and all weather-stripping has been carefully replaced. The Charcoal Black leather interior shows virtually no wear. Seat covers, seat bolsters, carpeting, dash-pad and leather tilt wheel are all well presented. All gauges are in working order and interior features include: power windows, power locks, cruise control, power seats and factory AM/FM stereo with power antenna. The air-conditioning system has been rebuilt and is working well. Horsepower is furnished by a new GM 350ci/330bhp HO crate motor that sounds very right. It is fitted with an FiTech throttle-body fuel injection system, tube headers w/side pipes and is backed by a TH350 automatic transmission. Steering is power assisted and power disc brakes (rebuilt) are 4-piston caliper units on all corners. BFGoodrich radial T/A tires with good tread are mounted on Corvette 15”x 8” rally wheels. This stunning Corvette will be an impressive addition to someone's Bowtie garage. ALL VEHICLES SOLD “AS IS”.
