Description

201ci Flathead 4-Cylinder Engine
Original 21" 30-Spoke Wire Wheels

STK 2803 1930 Ford Model A Deluxe Coupe

The Ford Model A was produced from 1928 through 1932 with nearly 5 million delivered. This beautiful 1930 Ford Model A Deluxe Coupe has been carefully restored to better than original. The body's exterior has been meticulously prepped and painted a distinctive deep blue with gloss black fenders. This may or may not have been the original color combination, but if not, it should have been. All the bright work including the stunning grill is in better-than-new condition. There is a new top insert and turn signals have been installed. The Model A's interior has also been painstakingly restored with stunning tan cloth upholstery. A handsome steering wheel and chrome gauge cluster are in fine shape. The same applies for the door cards, headliner and all window glass. Under the front seat you will find the original tool set, jack and engine crank (use this tool at your own risk). The rumble seat upholstery is brown vinyl and there is a rear mounted spare w/custom ire cover. A quality chrome luggage rack in arrears is fitted with a beautiful travel trunk. This vintage Model A is powered by Ford's 201ci flathead 4-cylinder engine that has been completely rebuilt. It purrs nicely (as only a flathead can) and pushes out 40 horsepower. A 3-speed manual unsynchronized gearbox with floor shift backs the powerplant. The chassis is very solid with 4-wheel 11” mechanical drum brakes and original 21” 30-spoke wire wheels with correct whitewall tires. This classic '30 Model A coupe is truly a piece of art, but you can open its rumble seat and head to the next hometown parade or summer cruise-in. ALL VEHICLES SOLD “AS IS”.
