This stunning 1940 Ford was professionally built to be driven and enjoyed. The Deluxe Sedan received a total restoration that included a broad range of mechanical enhancements. A beautiful coat of two-stage Bright Red was applied to the classic exterior. Preparation and finish is excellent, as are the chrome accent pieces. Hercules Raptis radials are mounted on beautiful 17”/18” Ridler chromed alloy wheels. The stunning tan hi-grade vinyl interior is well designed with power front bucket seats, console w/Lokar shifter and a custom dash that incorporates a full compliment of Autometer classic gauges. Other features include Sanderson A/C, power tinted windows, tilt 'Banjo' wheel and door/trunk poppers. A premium Kenwood AM/FM/CD sound system furnishes your music. The detailed engine compartment houses a 350ci Chevy motor - a small-block that sounds sweet and is very streetable. It is fitted with a GM aluminum intake, Holley dual-feed carburetor, HEI ignition and shorty headers that exit to a free-flowing exhaust. An aluminum radiator w/electric fan manages cooling and a serpentine belt system has been installed. The motor is very nicely dressed and mated to a TH350 3-speed TurboHydramatic transmission. All electrics have been upgraded to a 12V alternator configuration and the battery has been relocated in the trunk. The solid chassis anchors power rack/pinion steering and coil-over front suspension with tubular A-arms. A 9” Ford differential with street gearing is supported by leaf springs and 4-wheel disc brakes w/vented front rotors provide stopping power. We do accept checks but note that any form of a check will have a minimum hold of two business days up to 4 business days until the funds have cleared. This includes cashier's checks, certified checks, or bank checks of any kind. We cannot accept any credit card as payment or partial payment for a vehicle under any circumstance. Credit card transactions are ONLY accepted for the $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for 7 days while awaiting full payment.
