The Toyota Land Cruiser has been one of the most iconic off-road vehicles of all-time. The SUV is renowned for legendary reliability and common-sense engineering. This 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser is an exceptional value. The odometer shows 300,000+ miles, but over the last 24 months this vehicle has been restored to amazing condition. The straight and true exterior has received an outstanding professional respray of Toyota White. Accents include 16” factory alloy wheels w/BFGoodrich Mud Terrain radials, a full roof rack and (4) LED pod cab spotlights. Other new components include the grill, bumpers/bumper covers, emblems and antenna. The interior has been refreshed with new leather upholstery, carpet and leather wheel wrap. Power tinted windows have new motors (4) and a Kenwood AM/FM/CD sound system has been installed. Other features include cold A/C, full instrumentation, sunroof, driver/passenger air bags, cruise control, tilt wheel, power seats and power locks. The Land Cruiser is powered by Toyota's bulletproof 4.5L DOHC straight-six. The fuel-injected, 24-valve engine is factory rated at 212hp/275lb/ft. The bottom end of the motor is original, but the top-end has been fully serviced including machine work to the heads, new head/throttle-body gaskets and all seals. A new distributor was installed and belts and hoses have been replaced. There is also a new battery, alternator and refurbished catalytic convertor. The motor is backed by a 4-speed automatic transmission w/OD and an electronic 2H/4H/4L transfer case w/automatic hubs. The chassis is fitted with power steering, ABS power 4-wheel disc brakes (new pads), front/rear sway bars, rear panhard bar and coil spring suspension. The power steering system has been rebuilt and a new steering stabilizer was installed. A 2” suspension lift kit has been fitted along with new shocks and suspension bushings. This includes cashier's checks, certified checks, or bank checks of any kind. We cannot accept any credit card as payment or partial payment for a vehicle under any circumstance. Credit card transactions are ONLY accepted for the $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for 7 days while awaiting full payment.
