The Ford F-150 when optioned with the Harley Davidson Edition Package is a very unique pickup. Ford started with an F-150 4X2 SuperCab short-bed and went to work to make this truck special from the factory. This 2000 F-150 HD Edition is in virtually showroom condition with only 1,200 actual miles. In the true Henry Ford tradition, the HD Edition came in any color as long as was Black. The SuperCab is accented with orange/grey pinstriping, front air dam, Harley badging, chrome side nerf bars and fog lights. Five spoke 9x20 chromed alloys are shod with P275/45R20 Goodyear Eagle GTII rubber. The bed floormat is embossed with a Harley emblem and the fiberglass bed cover is fitted with hydraulics. Its beautiful black leather interior is also in near showroom condition. Captain's Chair bucket seats are upholstered in soft black tuck and roll leather with Harley logos - these may just be the best seats ever in a pickup truck. The dash houses full instrumentation with spun-metal facing and a well-designed center dash pod. Convenience and safety equipment includes air conditioning, 6-way power driver seat, driver/passenger airbags, power locks, keyless entry w/anti-theft and tilt wheel. There are power tinted windows and tunes are provided by a premium AM/FM/CD sound system. The rear seat isn't bad for a SuperCab, also done in Black leather with access through two suicide doors which can only open when the front door is opened. Horsepower is provided by the Blue Oval Triton 5.4 liter SOHC V-8. It is equipped with a factory special tuned exhaust and output is rated at 260bhp and 350 lb/ft of torque. The Triton V8 is mated to a 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission and 3.55:1 limited-slip differential. Steering is power assisted and stopping power is provided by 4-wheel ABS disc brakes. The HD Edition is also equipped with a lowering package designed to enhance the performance of the coil spring front/leaf spring rear standard suspension. Credit card transactions are ONLY accepted for the $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for 7 days while awaiting full payment.
