Restored 2012 Rebuilt 350 V8
STK 3697 1972 Chevrolet Corvette
This 1972 Corvette coupe has been carefully restored (2012) to virtually original condition. It does not appear that this car has been in a fight - all of the gaps are straight and true. The body was meticulously prepped and professional resprayed Ontario Orange Firemist, the original '987' paint code. It is equipped with removable T-tops and removable rear window (feature of '68-'72 models). Chrome accent pieces (chrome bumpers) are in excellent condition and there is a luggage rack on the rear deck. The restored 'Deluxe' Saddle Tan leather interior is in very good condition. Dashboard, door cards and carpeting are all outstanding. It is equipped with A/C (needs TLC), tinted windows and good rubber door/window seals. Factory gauges work well and tunes are provided by an aftermarket AM/FM/Cassette sound system. Under the hood, is a 350ci engine that the owner states is numbers matching. The small-block was professionally rebuilt (2012) and it appears to be as-delivered, equipped with a GM intake, Quadrajet 4V carburetor and factory exhaust manifolds. The powerplant is backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission and posi-traction differential w/street gearing. A solid chassis has power steering and power 4-piston caliper disc brakes. Excellent Nexen performance radials are mounted on correct 15x8” GM Ralley wheels w/centers and trim rings. If you are looking for a stock Corvette C3 coupe that been completely gone through, come take a look at this Ontario Orange beauty - you will not be disappointed. ALL VEHICLES SOLD “AS IS”.
