The first model of the Chevy Suburban was built in 1935 and is currently the longest running US nameplate in continuous production. This 1986 Chevy Suburban 2WD is basically original, but has been the beneficiary of some exterior/interior restoration and mechanical enhancements. The exterior was refinished in Deep Blue/Silver and is in good condition. Accents include a raised hood, stainless running boards, fog lights, good chrome and 8-lug factory chrome wheels w/Mastercraft white-letter radial tires. The refreshed cloth/vinyl interior shows very little wear. Door cards, dash pad, headliner and carpeting are all in good condition. Convenience features include A/C, tinted windows, cruise and an AM/FM sound system. The owner states that power is furnished by a GM 350ci crate motor. The small-block is equipped with an Edelbrock aluminum intake, Edelbrock 4V carburetor and dual exhaust. Torque is delivered by a three-speed Turbo400 automatic gearbox to a 2WD differential. The chassis is equipped with power steering, power disc/drum brakes and HD front sway bar. A 2” receiver and Kelsey-Hayes electric trailer brake package have also been installed. Our preferred and most secure form of payment is a bank wire transfer. We do accept checks but note that any form of a check will have a minimum hold of two business days up to 4 business days until the funds have cleared. This includes cashier's checks, certified checks, or bank checks of any kind. We cannot accept any credit card as payment or partial payment for a vehicle under any circumstance. Credit card transactions are ONLY accepted for the $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for 7 days while awaiting full payment.
Typographical errors do happen. AutoBarn Classic Cars is not responsible for any such errors in the description or list price for any vehicle.
