1967 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova
6.0 LS-2 Crate Motor
STK 2501 1967 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova
The ChevyII/Nova was produced over five generations from 1962 until 1988. The 1967 Nova was last year for the second-generation model and this 2-door post is a stunner. Our Nova was the recipient of a total restoration in 2012 and is a legitimate retro-muscle car. The sedan is powered by a GM 6.0L LS-2 crate motor that is rated at 400+bhp. It has a mild performance cam and tube headers that exit into a free-flowing exhaust. Torque is delivered by a 6-speed Tremec manual transmission to a GM 'big' 10-bolt positraction differential with 8.5” ring, HD axles and 4.10:1 gears. RideTech/Air Ride front and rear suspension components are totally adjustable. Billet Specialty chrome alloys (18”f/20”r) mount Z-rated Sumitomo radials. The Nova has power steering and manual disc/drum brakes with a dual master cylinder. Cooling requirements are handled by a heavy-duty aluminum radiator with electric fan. No expense was spared on the Nova's restoration - look at the photos. The flawless exterior was resprayed 'Seafoam Green', a perfect color choice for this sedan. All chrome is outstanding and the pin-stripping provides a stunning accent. The interior was completely restored with custom black leather bucket seats up front and a stock vinyl bench seat in the rear. Other features include: Hurst shifter, full instrumentation, tilt wheel, tinted windows and a premium Alpine AM/FM/CD stereo system. This handsome 'one-off' retro-Nova has been done virtually to perfection. It is destined to provide the next owner with a bona fide performance experience – be that you? ALL VEHICLES SOLD “AS IS”.
