STK 3611 1972 Ford Mach 1

Ford introduced the Mach I Mustang in 1969 and it was a game changer. The Mach I started with a V-8 'Sportsroof' body and added numerous visual and performance items such as a twin-scoop hood w/pins, front air dam, rear deck spoiler and chrome pop-open gas cap. Additional exterior Mach I features include honeycomb front grill w/sport lamps, honeycomb rear panel, sport mirrors and Mach I accent decals/stripes. This beautiful 1972 Mustang Mach I has received a professional restoration with careful mechanical upgrades. The two-stage Bright Red (original color) is accented with sharp Magnum 500 wheels that mount performance radials in good condition. The Vermilion Ruffino/Corinthian vinyl interior is outstanding. This Mustang is equipped with an AM/FM/CD radio, tach/gauges, tinted windows, power steering and power disc/drum brakes. The powerplant is a 351 Cleveland that our owner states is the matching-numbers engine and it has been built. The Cleveland is fitted with forged pistons, roller cam, Edelbrock aluminum intake and Holley 4-barrel carburetor. Fire is furnished by an MSD ignition and cooling is managed by an aluminum radiator. A serpentine belt system and MSD high-torque starter complete the upgrade process. It is backed by a C6 automatic transmission and rebuild open differential w/3.25:1 gearing. (A MartiAutoWorks report is included with the car.) The current owner of this 'Hoss' has been the caretaker for the past 10 years and is now ready to pass it on to a new owner - why not you?
